Partners Aligned Toward Health

bringing people together to identify community needs and improve the health of children and families.

western, nc

PATH is a non-profit organization that identifies opportunities to improve the health of children and families in Mitchell and Yancey counties. We start by using the Community Health Assessments of Mitchell and Yancey counties to help us identify the most pressing health needs in our community. From there, we bring together community partners to design and implement health initiatives tailored to our unique community and its specific needs. Through each collaborative initiative that we implement, PATH looks to involve, educate and unite our community for long-term, sustainable change.
