We are pleased to announce that the Mitchell Yancey Substance Abuse Task Force (MYSATF), a program of Graham Children’s Health Services, has been awarded a “Drug Free Communities” grant by the White House Drug Policy Office! This grant will enable the Task Force to implement the the nationally recognized Youth to Youth International program model to implement youth substance prevention programming, beginning with middle school age youth in both counties. Come celebrate this success with us at our Public Forum Meeting on November 8th. The meeting will take place at noon at the Yancey Public Library.
