New this year, we are offering a way to get moving early before the day of the 5K with our 5K Your Way Prep Program! This is a 10 week program that provides tips for success, how to stay motivated, and 3 workouts a week to not only get people ready for the 5K but also provides the opportunity to learn to incorporate healthy movement into our everyday lives.
